  About our client
Our client is a well recognised and respected alternative asset managers. It has a number of private equity funds under management and was one of the first funds to specialise in the cleantech and renewable energy sector. It is growing rapidly and has a track record of launching innovative funds. It is raising additional capital and has ambitious growth plans. There is now a need to hire a financial controller for its Italian and Spanish infrastructure fund.

Responsibilities
  • You’ll be responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting for the Italian and Spanish assets and be involved in administering some legal aspects of the fund and any related negotiations. You will ensure fund accounts are maintained, be an observer at board meetings and be an important point of contact for portfolio companies and operating issues

Prerequisites

Skills we’re looking for

  • You’ll be fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Previous experience of private equity is desirable but not essential
